It's almost Christmas, the day of our Savior's birth. I wonder what our Lord thought when He opened His human eyes for the first time. The wonder of Him having a huge Divine plan and to find Himself wrapped in swaddling clothes and lying in a manger. The plans of Heaven meeting the prayers of the saints, unfolded that first Christmas morning.
God in flesh appeared but He didn't come in a giant package but a tiny
baby. He delights to start things that are going to grow and become big
with small seeds. Hiding His greatness in lowliest of places.
Adam in the Garden of Eden had to tend to the Garden, tend to grow the
things that God put in his garden. We also are reminded that Jesus has
come into our heart and now we are to tend to our garden and grow in us
His seeds of love, faith, and unity. To share His message of hope and
peace to all mankind. My confidence in you is He will continue to grow
in you and your best days are just ahead.
This Sunday is Christmas Eve and we are looking forward to an exciting exalting morning service. There will be special music, communion, and I'll be sharing, 'Finding God In Strange Places.' I was going to call the message, finding God in strange people.
We won't be having
a Christmas Eve evening service but we will have a New Years Eve
evening service to testify about the goodness of God in 2017 and our
faith in God for 2018
Continue to pray
for all those in need, looking forward to seeing you soon, lots of love,
Pastor Kevin and Alice from our home to yours Merry Christmas.
