Blessings and honor come from the Lord.  Proverbs 10:22 “The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow with it.” The true riches that come from the Lord cover every area of our life, spiritual the gifts of the Spirit, mentally a sound mind, emotionally the fruit of the Spirit, and physically our daily bread.  The Proverb is saying that all the things that come as a provision from the hand of the Lord have no sorrow attached to them.  Too often the things of this world have strings and vises within them that leak poison into our lives.  Like the Trojan horse what was received as a gift looked great on the outside but it had the enemy laying in wait on the inside.  This year we lift up our eyes, looking for the Lord’s favor that is full of love, joy, and peace in the Holy Ghost.  Yes lift up your head today for you are a child of the Most High God and He has made plans to bless you.
This Sunday morning I’ll be sharing on, ‘Level’s Of Relationship.’  Everything that happens, happens because of the relationships that we have in our life.  You treat one person a certain way because of the relationship that you have with that person.  Someone else is treated differently because you have a different relationship with that person.  Where we often make mistakes is when we think that we are at one level of relationship with a person but discover that they are at a totally different level of relationship with us.  Sunday evening Pastor Mark will be giving us some powerful revelation concerning the word of God.  I always look forward to hearing Pastor Mark share with us so come on out and bring a friend.
Next Sunday Feb 3rd is Family Sunday and we love Family Sunday.  It’s a God idea that He has been blessing us with a strong anointing of His Holy Spirit.  We start at 10:15 with some breakfast food and people get to fellowship with one another.  We then move into our morning service ending with Communion.  We ask that our church folks bring food and friends to this service.  There is no evening service on Family Sunday.
Continue to pray for all those in need, we have been seeing many great miracles right in the midst of our praise and worship.  Waiting to see you this Sunday, lots of love, Pastor Kevin and Alice

Praise the Lord for He is good.  Jesus not only saves us but He wants to live in us and be the Lord over us.  In order for that to happen we are required to make room for Him to dwell in us.  When I got saved I repented and I became empty of me and wanted to fill me with all of Him.  Colossians 1:27 “To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.”   We can have an open heart but it’s full of all that we have and all that we’ve done.  We need both an open empty heart and a heart that has room for the glory of the Lord.  We may want more of Jesus but have we made room for more of Jesus to live in us?  Man looks of the outward appearance of who we are but God looks at the heart.  Jesus made room at the cross for you but have you made room in your life for Him?  Ask the Lord today to pour Himself into you as you make room for Him.
This Sunday morning I’ll be sharing on, ‘Living Beyond Regret.’  It is so easy to live in the regret of yesterday and to be held as a prisoner of past mistakes.  When we understand the answer to freedom we can live beyond our mistakes and walk in victory.  In the evening Pastor Bruce will be sharing the word.  "The Delta Dawn/Miss Havisham Syndrome."  Traumatic events that happen in our past can have lasting, crippling and devastating effects on our lives if we are not able to move on.  Delta Dawn had been jilted by a lover who promised marriage and she spent her life trying to relive the past hoping to recapture the lost promise.  Miss Havisham, jilted by her groom-to-be just shortly before her wedding became stuck in time and developed a vengeful hatred toward men that seemed to know no bounds until near the end of her wasted life.  Paul says to forget the past for a reason -- it is healthy and allows us to move forward into what God has for us today and tomorrow!
Continue to pray for the those in need.  Looking forward to seeing you on Sunday, lots of love Pastor Kevin and Alice

Praise the Lord Jesus as He rules over us, He that rules over us is full of mercy and grace.  2 Chronicles 16:9 “For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him.”  There is a loyalty from those who walk in God’s Kingdom and to His church that the eye of the Lord notices.  It’s easy to be loyal to your own cause and your own opinion but it takes faith to be loyal to His cause.  I was praying about this this morning and the idea of being loyal to God.  What came to mind was it’s like a police officer is a part of a team (The Police Department) that works together to keep order.  If you met someone and they said that they were a police officer, and you asked, ‘what department are you with?’  If they said, ‘Oh I am not with any department, all the police departments in Canada don’t see things my way so I am my own police department.  I enforce whatever I believe is proper order.’  What would you think about this person?  The police officer that is loyal to their department even when they don’t always agree or even when someone in the department messes up, they are those that are mature and loyal.  To the loyal officers who work to keep order we show them respect and honor and the Bible is saying that the Lord shows Himself strong on behalf of those that are loyal to Him.  In this New Year, lets continue to be faithful to all that we put our hand to do.
This Sunday morning I’ll be sharing on, ‘Don’t Grow Weary.’  This is another step into the New Year as we do good let’s not grow weary.  Weariness has a lot of problems that can overwhelm us so we must press on to do good and having done all keep standing in good.  Sunday evening we will be having a wedding as a part of the service.  I will be sharing on, ‘The Power Of Covenant.’  It’s in a Godly covenant that we receive the power for the two become one.
Continue to pray for all those in need.  The New Year has released new opportunities and with them come new attacks from our enemy.  We shall boldly declare that great things are coming our way for this is our hour, lots of love, looking forward to seeing you on Sunday, Pastor Kevin and Alice

Praise the Lord Jesus for all that He has done.  It’s a new year and we need a renewed mind that is set on serving God.  This means that we should want to hang around Heavenly thinking Eagles rather than earthly low minded crows.  Ephesians 2:4-6 “But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus.”  There is a Heavenly place, a seat in Christ with your name on it.  May Divine wisdom be upon you as you pray new prayers, dream new dreams, see new visions, and walk in new miracles.
This is Family Sunday and we start @ 10:15 serving breakfast food followed by the morning service, a building fund offering will be received and Communion will be served.  I’ll be sharing on, ‘Movement In the New Year.’  Everything in this world is moving and if you stand still, life will pass you by.  If you don’t move as fast as you need to, you’ll fall behind.  Jesus said to love the Lord with all you have and I believe for that group of people, they will be able to stay in unity and advance in maturity in the new year.  So make some delicious food and invite a friend and I’ll see you Sunday morning.  Also remember that on Family Sunday there is no evening service.
Continue to pray for those in need, lots of love, Pastor Kevin and Alice

His mercies are new every morning, great is His faithfulness.  We are in the closing days of 2012 and as we look across the church many new people have been added to the Kingdom of God this pass year.  We give all the glory to the Lord.  I believe the Lord Jesus is building His church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against us.  As we stand on the doorway looking into 2013 I ask the Lord for increase.  More of Him empowering more of us.  Dying to more of our old ways and being renewed by the refreshing wind and fire of the Holy Spirit.  I have often heard preachers say, behold the Lord wants to do a new thing, but I have never felt it more true than in this hour as we advance into the New Year.  Get ready get ready get ready for new from the Holy Spirit is coming to your house.
This Sunday morning I’ll be sharing on, ‘Reflecting & Projecting.’  Looking back and looking ahead causes us to ponder the plan of God and what we can expect in the new year as we walk with Him.  Are we ready to push forward or are we content to sit back?  God reveals His ways that will work for us, all we need to do is be willing to work His ways.  Sunday evening will be a time for the church to testify about the goodness of the Lord.  What did you learn in 2012 and what do you expect the Lord to do in you in 2013?
Continue to pray for all those in need.  Looking forward to seeing you on Sunday, lots of love Pastor Kevin and Alice

Merry Christmas to you and your family.  I pray today fines you well as Christmas 2012 has arrived.  Many people in the world will spend today celebrating with family and friends and I think about you and I who are a part of the great family of God and how we know and celebrate Jesus, the true reason for the season.  All the gifts that we give we hope that they will last all year and be useful to those that receive them.  When I think about God’s One Christmas gift, His Son Jesus Christ, He is a gift that empowers us to live for Him and His Holy Spirit travels with us all year through.  May today be wonder filled and may the new year hold newness of joy for all that you put your hand to do.  From our heart to yours, Merry Christmas, lots of love Pastor Kevin and Alice

Just a few more sleeps till we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  His birth drew a line in the sands of time and we began our journey into a new age called the age of grace.  This age was sealed on the cross and it gives mankind favor with God by the blood of a new and better covenant.  This age will end by the return of Jesus to take His Church into Heaven.  Today Dec. 21st is the end of the world according to the doom day prophets of this world.  The end cannot be predicted and then made to happen by the voice of man when God has already declared the end from the beginning.  So Keep smiling and looking forward and upward as we proclaim His wonderful name to this generation.
Tonight @ 7 our choir will be singing at the Mayflower Mall.  If you are around drop by and support them as they sing the songs of the Christmas season.  On Sunday in the morning I’ll be sharing, ‘Born In A Barn.’  Jesus could have been born anywhere but God the Father picked a barn.  In the evening @ 6 pm we will be singing, rejoicing, with worship, and praise.  There will be a time of fellowship following the service.  On Monday Dec. 24th @10:30 we sing at Loaves and Fishes for 1 hour.  All of these events are being posted on our web page.  Please check it out if you have any questions or send me an email.
Continue to pray for those in need, hope to see you over the weekend, lots of love Pastor Kevin and Alice
