<span style="color: red; font-size: 16.0pt;">Proverbs 24:16 “For a righteous man may fall seven times and rise again, but the wicked shall fall by calamity.”</span><span style="color: black; font-size: 16.0pt;">
We often judge people by their success when what teaches us how to be
humble and handle success is failure. We like to think that we are
humble but it’s in the view of the bottom and the hope to go higher that
we repent, rise up, and overcome defeat. We all know what it is to
fall down but when you decide to stay down, that’s when a past mistake
makes your life a calamity. <u>A past mistake is not strong enough to keep you trapped in that mistake when you humble yourself and ask God to forgive you.</u>
When you fail to repent it reveals that you are full of pride and that
makes you wicked in the eyes of the Lord. The righteous person must
keep repenting because life is full of potholes. When I look out and
see you in church each week I thank God, not because you all have had a
perfect week but because you have chosen in the midst of life’s problems
to rise again, and again, and again. You are a testimony both in the
words you speak and in the deeds you do. The Lord and I encourage you
to keep getting up and keep moving forward for you are about to receive
your miracle in Jesus name Amen.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: 16.0pt;">The Big Wagon Ride is tomorrow, see you there. </span></div>
<div class="x_MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 16.0pt;">Why a Wagon Ride
as a ministry within the church? Well, as a Church we don’t only call
ourselves a Fellowship Church but we host events for the sole purpose of
outreach into our community and fellowship within our congregation. <span style="color: red;">Psalm 133:1 “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!”</span> According to the Bible our Jewish roots reveal that fellowship with God and others went hand in hand. <span style="color: red;">1
John 1:7 “But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have
fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son
cleanses us from all sin.” </span><span style="color: black;">Fellowship
at church is great but fellowship outside the four walls of the church
is what helps us to grow together in unity. Like when you invite
someone for a meal its meant to build a greater relationship, our wagon
ride is one way to live life closer together while building unity within
the church family. The early church in the New Testament seen great
signs and wonders and they were very close in personal relationships
which gave them a greater level of unity. </span><span style="color: red;">Matthew 18:20 “For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.</span><span style="color: black;">”
I know that some people can’t make the Wagon Ride for one reason or
another and that’s OK. We will miss you and hope that you can come to
another event later on. My confidence is high that God is building all
of us to go forth into our world with power and might in Jesus name.</span></span></div>

placed within our salvation?</span></div>

something that they are following. There are many religions in our
world and many different ways that people practice their faith in their
hope to reach and please their God. To define the phrase 'the Christian
Religion,' it's the things faithful Christians do or practice to
communicate with our living Savior and Lord Jesus, the Father, and the
Holy Spirit. When we practice our faith in praise and worship, reading
the Bible, witnessing, prayers, and going to church we are faithfully
following the Lord in such a way to stay unspotted from the world. I
remember years ago someone saying to me that I was very religious.
Their meaning was, I really practiced in my life what it said in the
Bible. At first I was kind of upset with them, I said, 'I'm not
religious I'm in a relationship.' I am sure they didn't mean to offend
me but my misunderstanding of what they said is what caused the
problem. According to the dictionary they were complimenting me but my
lack of understanding of what it meant, being religious, was my
problem. Now in saying that there are still many believers who don't
like being called religious because of the false religious things that
they came out of. That's OK, just don't lose your present relationship
trying to defend the fact that you are not religious. Jesus said the
world would know that we were believers, not by our religious practices
or the differences of doctrine but by our love one for another. So keep
loving, caring, believing, praying, reading your Bible, and above all
the next time someone thinks you're religious and you don't like it...
keep sweet.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: 16.0pt;">It's almost Christmas, the day of our Savior's birth. <u>I wonder what our Lord thought when He opened His human eyes for the first time.</u> The wonder of Him having a huge Divine plan and to find Himself wrapped in swaddling clothes and lying in a manger. <span class="contextualExtensionHighlight ms-font-color-themePrimary ms-border-color-themePrimary ident_691_784" role="button" tabindex="0">The plans of Heaven meeting the prayers of the saints, unfolded that first Christmas morning.</span>

Adam in the Garden of Eden had to tend to the Garden, tend to grow the
things that God put in his garden. We also are reminded that Jesus has
come into our heart and now we are to tend to our garden and grow in us

<span style="font-size: 16.0pt;">Everything we do
is done by a choice and everything that we become is done after we make a
decision and declare it by faith into our world. I know that's a deep
statement right? <span style="color: red;">Deuteronomy 30:19 "I call
heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before
you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that
both you and your descendants may live."</span> Joshua said in chapter <span style="color: red;">24:15 "And if it seems evil to you to serve the <span class="x_small-caps">Lord</span>,
choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods
which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or
the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my
house, we will serve the <span class="x_small-caps">Lord</span>.”</span></span></div>
<div class="x_MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 16.0pt;">Whatever seems
right to you, so it's just as easy to choose to be mean as it is to be
kind, to love as it is to hate, to care as it is not to care, to give as
it is to be greedy but what you choose to do will have different
outcomes in the world around you. Often we depart into doing wrong
things when we no longer trust God to bring about the right thing. </span></div>

Mall shopping you can complain about the busyness or you can say with
this many people I will likely see someone I can talk to about God. I
can complain about all the traffic or thank God I have something to
drive. It's a choice so choose wisely today and live large in the Lord
Jesus so your future will be good. My confidence in you is high as you
are highly favored and greatly blessed.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: 16.0pt;">God is good all the time. <u>Being a part of the local church is an awesome thing</u>. As we join together we are called the body of Christ, the family of God, even a holy nation. <span style="color: red;">1 Peter 2:9 "But you <i>are</i> a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a <b>holy</b> <b>nation</b>, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light." </span>I
remember when I first came to church I was like a man reaching out and
grabbing hold of something. I was holding onto them but I didn't feel
that there was anyone there reaching out to me. What made me feel
connected and welcome was when some people in the church started to
reach out an held onto me. Let me say it this way; picture a husband
and wife walking together and one needs help so they grab a hold of the

The person who begins their day with prayer, walks through their day by

things that we go through remind us to strengthen ourselves in the
inner person so we might walk outwardly upright. We are like a

<span style="font-size: 16.0pt;">Around the world the most looked up verses in the Bible are found in Psalm 23. In verse 3 of Psalm 23 we read, <span style="color: red;">"He <span class="x_text">restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake."</span></span><span class="x_text">
In order to restore our soul (mind, will, and emotions) He leads us and
we follow. He tells us that His paths are righteous and that doesn't
always mean that it's easy. What we need to remember is the reward of
following His path is personal restoration. We should never become too
happy or comfortable in a sad and uncomfortable place. If we find
pleasure staying in the wrong place it will hinder us from moving
forward to the right place. Why should we trust the Lord and follow?
His vision sees what and where we can't see. His power can deliver us
from enemies that we can't defeat. His wisdom tells us things that no
one else can tell us. The light of His love will guard us through dark
places and bring us safely to the other side. Jesus said to His first
disciples, 'Follow Me and I will make you...' Take a moment and ask the
Lord to guide you today and may you be restored to the glory of God in
every area of your life.</span></span></div>

following God we will need His advice about how we should advance in a

The second answer that I have been given is, <span style="color: red;">'no, you are not ready.'</span>
It's not that my direction is wrong but His answer means that I'm not
mature enough yet to handle the issues that will arise from the
direction that I'm going to take. I have not been denied but I will be
delayed until I am prepared. His third answer is, <span style="color: red;">'Wait, now is the wrong time.'</span>
This answer is the hardest to accept because we can't see into the
future and thus we can't see what He is protecting us from. As we all

but we are to accept and obey each answer He gives. May we all grow

loves us. <span style="color: red;">1 Peter 4:8 "</span></span><span style="color: red; font-size: 16.0pt;">above all things have fervent love for one another, for “love will cover a multitude of sins.”</span><span style="font-size: 16.0pt;"> We say the truth shall set you free but freeing truth is divinely connected to love. <span style="color: red;">John 13:35 Jesus said, "By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”</span> Go into today with a loving heart for people, whenever and wherever you meet them. </span></div>

Thanksgiving Sunday, I will be sharing on, 'Keeping Thankful.' It's one
thing to give thanks for something that you received and it's another
thing to keep in thanks to God for all things that come your way each
day.</span></div>

have a special guest in the morning, Dr. Ann Gillies. She is a national

been here in Cape Breton several times dealing with the flood we
experienced last year and the follow up connected with the flood.</span></div>

15th Sunday evening @7:30 members from our church worship team (Aroma)
will be holding a live concert to record songs that they have written to
worship and praise the Lord. Other churches have also been invited and
as our praises go up may His glory come down and may many people

<span style="font-size: 16.0pt;">When we speak our words contain power and we release that power into the world around us. <span style="color: red;">Proverbs 18:21 "Death</span></span><span style="color: red; font-size: 16.0pt;"> and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit."</span><span style="font-size: 16.0pt;"> The trouble is <u>it doesn't say that 'life and life'</u>
are in the power of the tongue but it declares that death and life are
in the power of our tongue. We have the ability to choose what words we
will speak but once we speak, our words have the power to fulfill their
assignment. <span style="color: red;">Isaiah 55:11 "So shall My word be
that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it
shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for
which I sent it."</span> Life words will bring light and light has the
power to dispel the darkness. Death words will bring darkness and
darkness is the realm where our enemy works. Our assignment and prayer
for today <span style="color: red;">Psalm 141:3 "Set a guard, O <span class="x_small-caps">Lord</span>,
over my mouth; Keep watch over the door of my lips. Hebrews 13:15
"Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to
God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name."</span> My confidence in you is high to speak wisely and have a blessed day.</span></div>
