When
we are in the middle of something we only know half the story.  It's
when we finish a thing that we can look back and declare the fullness of
what the Lord was doing.  It's when we haven't crossed the finish line
that we don't understand the purpose of the race but let me say that
every race has a purpose.  Hebrews 12:1-2 "Therefore
we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let
us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, 2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our
faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross,
despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of
 God."  People
couldn't see the purpose of the cross while Jesus was on the cross but
afterwards it was truly the greatest victory known to mankind.  If you
are in the middle of something today press on, keep going, my confidence
in you is high, for your best days are still ahead of you.  You are one
who is greatly blessed and highly favored.
This is Family Sunday,
I hope you have invited a friend to join you.  We start @10:15 with
food (don't forget to bring something) and fellowship followed by the
morning service.  I will be sharing 'Are You One of Them?'  We are all one of something and our actions reveal what we understand and thus reveal where we stand.
Continue to pray for all those in need, looking forward to seeing you soon, lots of love Pastor Kevin and Alice
